Where do you go to school? 
Northern Kentucky University

Why did you choose your school? 
Small class size, general feel of the campus and I received a full ride.

Major/minor? 
Journalism/Communication Studies

Where do you hope to be in ten years?
Finished with graduate school and employed by a University working my way up to higher administration.

What are some of your favorite things to do?
I love to read and write and like to try new things. I like being outside, like watching sports. Want to travel around the world.

What is your go-to fashion accessory?
Earrings, always.

If you had to pick one food to eat forever, what would it be?
Grilled chicken I guess.

What is your favorite part about B&G?
The people, they are great!

Why did you decide to apply to B&G?
I wanted a new experience & I love working in PR.

If you could be best friends with one celebrity, who would it be and why?
Ellen DeGeneres, does that even need an explanation?!

What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Not everyone can be the person you want them to be.

What’s one thing that will always make you smile?
Making other people genuinely happy.

Three interesting things about yourself:

1. I was born in Northern California.
2. I am incredibly picky food-wise & I hate cake.
3. I am recently re-obsessed with working out!

Live Colorfully with Kate Spade

Raise your hand if you love Kate Spade! Hands raised? Perfect!

She's classy, creative, and successful. What's not to love?

I don't know about you, but I've swooned over more than one Kate Spade handbag/wallet/product of any kind. 

She started from the bottom now she's here!

Kate attended Arizona State University. She was a journalism major, worked in a motorcycle club and was active in the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. When she graduated in 1986, she moved to New York City and worked for Mademoiselle magazine. Within 5 years, she was the senior fashion editor and head of accessories. 

She took her new found knowledge and created her own stylish and sensible handbags in 1993. By 1999 she had sold her company to Neiman Marcus! 

Over the years she has won many awards, written 3 books, and created a wholesome lifestyle brand.

So basically, Kate is a college graduate, successful fashion designer, author, mother and the epitome of class.

Ambassador Spotlight: Erin Snider

As I'm sure you've already noticed, we love our Ambassadors probably almost as much as we love bows. That's why, once a month, we're going to be doing a Brand Ambassador Spotlight, to help you get to know our ladies.

Today, for our very first spotlight, we have Erin Snider!

Where do you go to school: Missouri State University 

Major/Minor: Media Production and a minor in Photography

What is your go-to fashion accessory: The heart shape locket my boyfriend gave me.

If you had to pick one food to eat forever, what would it be: Apples

What is your favorite part about B&G: Getting to know girls from all over the United States.

If you could be best friends with one celebrity, who would it be and why: Jennifer Lawrence. I think that she’s an amazing role model for women of all ages because she doesn’t care if Hollywood thinks she’s overweight, she’s going to eat that pizza anyway!

What’s one thing that will always make you smile: Other people smiling.

Three interesting things about yourself: I have been in six musicals, I was a gymnast for 8 years and I hate watching any sport other than tennis on TV (But I love watching any sport in person) and I don’t know why.
